Okay, here’s the stats…I’m 5’2 ½ and I currently weigh 161.6 pounds and that’s after a weight loss of 7.2 pounds as of the beginning of February. I know some of you are like whoa ho, wow I can’t believe she put those stats out there. Well, hey…I believe and truth, lies don’t help nobody, and plus what you see is what you get, and when you’re looking at me, pound wise you’re getting 161.6! Before Sean Michael I weighed 116 pounds, and I was trying to get that down to 110! Well, let’s just say my goals are not so lofty now! My mind balks at the very idea of getting down to 116 pounds. So, I will have to resort to Jedi mind tricks, my approach will be to take it one month at a time…my mininmum requirement will be to lose at least 4 pounds a month, that’s manageable…right, my mind is even okay with that…..4 pounds cool. I’m not going to look at the total goal, that makes me want to park my big ole’ butt on the sofa, with a REAL coke and oreo cookies! Slow and steady wins the race, why rush it, no pressure, it’s not like I have to be on the runway Heidi Klum!!! Ugh, the audacity!!!

Diet wise, I’m going to stick with Weight Watcher’s, it’s a proven approach for me, it’s something you can do forever. Exercise wise, I must kick that up. I used to workout during my lunch, well now that I have a baby I forgo the lunch so that I can get home a little earlier. Once, I get home, besides the work out class I participate in on Mondays and Thursdays, I hardly do any physical activity. That has got to change! I mean exercise is a must. It’s like brushing your teeth, you gotta do it….it’s not like you are running late and you say, well I’m not going to brush my teeth today! And if you do, that’s just NASTY!!! So I’m challenging myself to…add 3 more days to my routine for 5 days total. I’m going to take it outside. The only problem is…..I HATE being cold!!!! HATE IT! Cold makes me mad! I got to get over that though! I could try this first thing in the morning…but I’d definitely be setting myself up for failure….cold and waking up early…..nix it… that is not happening. So, I’ll implement it during the evening, after a longggggggggggg day of work. Drats! So I’m committing 5 days to working out. Let’s see how I do or don’t do…tee hee!
